Artwork and Design for Umbrellas

Here at Umbrella Planet we specialise in branding onto customisable umbrellas for your promotional needs. To print with the best possible clarity and accuracy, your logo or graphic needs to be in either EPS or Adobe Illustrator (AI) file. Some PDF files saved with vector lines may be acceptable. For the purposes of branding, the text and logo mjust be layered and outline. Umbrella Planet cannot accept BMP, TIFF, JPEG, GIF or PNG files. If you artwork is in need of a small touch up or colour changes, we are happy to provide these services free of charge for you. However, if your image requires extensive editing our graphic design team will have to charge a small fee depending on the amount of charge your logo requires. We also offer a redraw service for a small fee of $45 + GST. If you have any questions about art format or redrawing, don't hesitate to give us a call.

If you cannot provide an EPS, AI or PDF (with vector lines) file for your logo we do offer a redraw service for a modest price. This will ensure your brand is up to printing standard and highest quality image it can possibly be. Generally the redraw fee is $45 however, this varies depending on complexityy.  Please submit your artwork to the Umbrella Planet staff and we can send you back accurate redraw quote.

If you are interested in utilising specific colours, PMS colours must be quoted. We do not accept CMYK or RGB files unless it is for full colour print jobs. Feel free to contact us for further information on PMS colours and colour options.

We require all fonts used be TTF (true-type fonts) and text should be outlined.

Umbrella Planet will provide a graphic image for you to examine before proceeding to production. The production of your branding on merchandise will NOT commence until you give us your final approval of the artwork. All artwork proofs will be forwarded to you as a digital file via email.
