What are your payment options?

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Bank Transfer (direct), and Cheque.

Do you provide free mock ups?

Absolutely! Our basic mockup services are free of charge. Just send us your logo or design in any format (.AI, .EPS and .PDF preferable for quality) and we'll create a unique graphic version of your product just for you. If you're happy with the look, we can then proceed with a formal art proof and order. Learn more about our graphic services by checking out our artwork & design section.

Will you price match?

Yes, we are always happy to price match umbrellas based on Australian quotes for identical items. Just give us a call.

I need my umbrellas for an urgent event, can you help?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour turnaround on select product styles and colours. You'll never be left without a promotional umbrella when dealing with Umbrella Planet. We also offer 3-day and 7-day expedited services too. Let us know when you need your umbrellas, and we will endeavour to find the best possible turnaround time for your deadline and budget.

My budget is really tight, do you have any money saving options?

Yes, simply ask our friendly sales team about finding a low-cost umbrella that meets your needs. While we certainly offer express services, we do offer slower sea freight umbrella options too, for those working within a strict financial frame. These umbrellas have a slower turnaround time (3-4 or 9-10 weeks, depending on which option you take) but we pass on all possible savings to you so these umbrellas work out being great for those who need great products at a low price.
