Custom Branded Orders Turnaround Time
Umbrella Planet provides high-quality, custom-branded umbrellas with precision and a quick turnaround. The following policy highlights the expected timelines for the processing and dispatching custom orders based on the selected service level and the delivery destination.
Custom Order Processing Service Levels
We offer two primary service levels to suit different client needs:
1. Express Dispatch – 24-Hour Service
Our Express Service is intended for clients who need their orders processed quickly. In this category:
- Order Placement: Submit your order by 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
- Artwork Approval: You will receive digital proof within one hour of receiving the order receipt. You must approve this proof within 30 minutes.
- Payment: Payment must be made immediately after artwork approval.
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on the next business day after the payment confirmation.
Note: This Service will depend on stock availability and may not apply to all product styles or colours.
2. Standard Dispatch: A maximum of 10 Working Days
This Standard Service is for clients who have the flexibility to time their deliveries. Under this category:
- Order Placement: Submit purchase orders during business hours (Monday to Friday).
- Artwork Approval: Proof will be sent digitally in 24 hours. Approvals must be made by the next business day.
- Payment: Full Payment is required immediately after artwork approval unless a prior credit arrangement is established.
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched 10 days from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Note: While our standard turnaround time remains up to 10 working days, we do everything possible to dispatch within seven working days.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Deliveries take time, depending on the destination. The following are approximates of when deliveries are done from the date of dispatch:

NSW- Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong: Standard- 1 business day; Express- 1 business day, Express surcharge of $10
VIC- Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat: Standard- 2 business days; Express- 1 business day, Express surcharge of $15
QLD- Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns: Standard- 4 business days; Express- 1 business day, Express surcharge of $15
SA- Adelaide, Mount Gambier: Standard- 3 business days; Express- 1 business day, Express surcharge of $18
WA- Perth, Bunbury: Standard- 6 business days; Express- 3 business days, Express surcharge of $30
TAS- Hobart, Launceston: Standard- 5 business days; Express- 3 business days, Express surcharge of $25
NT- Darwin, Alice Springs: Standard- 6 business days; Express- 3 business days, Express surcharge of $45
ACT—Canberra, Queanbeyan: Standard—1 business day; Express—1 business day, with an Express surcharge of $10.

Additional Information
International Shipping Orders: This is to inform you that we do international shipping, but that would mean paying additional freight charges. Otherwise, customers can collect their goods from their end with their couriers. For accurate quotes, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Artwork and Design: All custom printing takes place in Australia, allowing for a rapid turnaround. Clients provide self-designed artwork according to our specifications to be printed. Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the whole payment must be effected before processing the orders.
Inspection and Reporting: Deliveries require inspection within seven days. Any shortcomings or defaults should be reported in writing within this period.
Return and Refund: Most custom-branded products are non-returnable unless they are defective. Umbrella Planet complies with any viable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. (See Returns and Refunds Policy)
