4. Pricing and Quotes
All prices are exclusive of GST. Quotes are valid for a maximum of seven (7) calendar days, barring prior arrangements. Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed. Orders are confirmed only after receiving full payment unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.
5. Product Representation and Variation
Due to the manufacturing processes in place, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Please get in touch with us if a product is significantly different from what was ordered and is determined to be faulty, and suitable arrangements will be made.
6. Custom Branding and Artwork
The customer submitting artwork or logos represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use that material. We shall not be liable for copyright infringements regarding the content you supplied. A digital mock-up will be shared with your prior written approval before production begins. Approved orders received in writing can neither be changed nor cancelled.
7. Branding Quality and Position
Minor inconsistencies in printed position or clarity due to the size or complexity of artwork are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances. If it is vital for the artwork to be legible, please discuss this with our team before ordering.
8. Delivery and Shipping to Australia
We use a well-known, reputed courier to deliver anywhere in Australia. Shipping and delivery are beyond our control once the item is dispatched. The customer takes a delivery risk when the consignment is dispatched. Tracking information may be asked for. International customers bear duty and taxes.
9. Returns & Australian Consumer Law
As per the Australian Consumer Law, faulty goods or misrepresentations will result in replacement, repair, or refund. Custom-branded items are not returnable unless defectively or grossly incorrectly branded. Claims must be made within seven days of receipt.
10. Cookie Use and Privacy

11. First Time Order Voucher
Umbrella Planet gives a $50 voucher to first-time customers whose first purchase exceeds AUD 3,000 (excluding GST). This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. All disputes arising from them are within the jurisdiction of the competent Australian courts.
13. Acceptance
By placing an order, you accept and understand these Terms and Conditions. Your invoice will accompany another copy.
