Virtual Mockup: One free virtual mockup is included in each order for the entire range, which allows seeing how one's design would look on the selected model.

Physical Samples: Unbranded samples may be sold at the lowest retail price shown, plus AUD 15.00, plus GST. Refunds will be applied on the return of saleable condition samples or credited to the overall order.

Preproduction sample: For orders of more than 500 units, we suggest you ask for a preproduction sample and your branding. Prices for this service will vary from 80 to 200 AUD, depending on the umbrella's model and complexity.
Please remember that requests for samples are attended to immediately, with an average turnaround time of 1-2 days for metropolitan areas in NSW, QLD, ACT, and VIC and 2-3 days for regional areas and other states. (See delivery locations in Australia)
